I really enjoyed supper friendly employees!

The breakfast offered coffee and tea. The room was clean and absolutely gorgeous with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The location of the hotel was central, near all the landmarks and the city center.

Central location close to everything. Close enough to all the landmarks, the historical part of the city centre, and all main attractions in the Historic Center.

There was variety of food for breakfast, including coffee and tea. The hotel had good and amazing location just next door to the main square and embassy and the city centre. The personal was super-friendly and helpful.

The room was noisy due to a nearby bar, impossible to sleep or take a nap during the day. There was no room service on our stay, which seemed like a major oversight for a family of four. I also noticed the bathroom lacked basic amenities like a bathmat, and I had to request extra toilet paper multiple times, both frustrating and inconvenient.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially since it was just a few steps from El Zocalo, and I loved the convenient access to the beautiful Alameda Central park for a relaxing stroll amidst the greenery. The staff were helpful and cute, always ready to assist with any request.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfortable bed and the surprisingly spacious shower. The hotel also offered a lovely pool and a cozy lounge for relaxing after a long day. The only hiccup was that the shower could splash a bit outside, but it didn’t dampen my overall experience! 🌟

Noise from the street consistently intruded on sleep. Even at odd hours, the sound carried through inadequate windows. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, leading to water splattering everywhere, which could be a slip hazard. On top of that, the room's amenities felt sparse, with only one meager trash can, limited toilet paper, and a missing dish in the kitchen that left me wanting.
