Central location close to everything. Close enough to all the landmarks, the historical part of the city centre, and all main attractions in the Historic Center.

There was variety of food for breakfast, including coffee and tea. The hotel had good and amazing location just next door to the main square and embassy and the city centre. The personal was super-friendly and helpful.

The staff were helpful and accommodating.
The room was noisy due to a nearby bar, impossible to sleep or take a nap during the day. There was no room service on our stay, which seemed like a major oversight for a family of four. I also noticed the bathroom lacked basic amenities like a bathmat, and I had to request extra toilet paper multiple times, both frustrating and inconvenient.

Location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the Zocalo. I encountered some noise issues at night, hard to sleep. A great stay with friendly staff.

The suite radiates modern decor with a spacious design, ideal for families. The surrounding area brims with vibrant dining options, with mouthwatering local moles that hit the spot after a long day.
Noise from the street consistently intruded on sleep. Even at odd hours, the sound carried through inadequate windows. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, leading to water splattering everywhere, which could be a slip hazard. On top of that, the room's amenities felt sparse, with only one meager trash can, limited toilet paper, and a missing dish in the kitchen that left me wanting.
